By purchasing our products, you get a 2-year free warranty and a 30-day free and easy return policy.

At Wingio, no order is complete until you are fully satisfied. See the product, and if for any reason you aren’t convinced it’s for you, we’ll take it back. Just let us know within 30 days. Our team will be in touch to arrange the logistics.

Returns & Refunds

We can also give a refund for a product that is faulty or broken or in case of cancellation and delays that meet the conditions described in this policy.

We do not offer exchanges but instead ask that you return your order for a refund.

Contact us within 30 days

In order to return your purchase, you need to do so no more than 30 days after the official delivery date, as reported by the tracking system. In any case, as soon as you see the problem and within 30 days of receiving your parcel, please contact us immediately with photos or a short video showing the issue(s).  We cannot offer you a refund if you fail to contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. 

If your package has been delayed/not delivered within a maximum delivery window of 30 business days due to external factors beyond your control, we will check the status in our tracking system, and we will either process a new order without any extra charge, if necessary, or we will initiate the refund procedure when we think it’s more appropriate.

We cover the shipping costs

If you are eligible for a refund, we will need to get the item back before we can proceed to any refund if you meet the conditions described in this policy. In that case, please wait for the delivery of your package before you can return it to us. Thank you for your patience. We cover the shipping costs, you can ship your product to us at no additional cost.

If we see that the order was successfully delivered to your delivery address by referring to the tracking system, we suggest you check the mailbox again or visit the local post office. By purchasing our goods, you are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We do not refund “missing” goods that are proven to be delivered correctly.

Return merchandise authorization (RMA)

Please contact us and request an individual RMA number and specific return shipping address beforehand. An RMA (return merchandise authorization) is a numbered authorization provided by us to permit the return of the product.

Please DO NOT return merchandise without requesting an RMA number or verifying the return address. Doing either of these will result in significant delays in processing your return. And please do not write on any of the packagings. 

In order to follow your order, we recommend sending it with a tracking code which needs to be provided to our support via the Contact Us page. This ensures your order is not lost during shipment and we receive it.

The product must be received by us in the same condition that you received it in. Original tags, box, unworn, undamaged, and able to be resold. 

custom items & digital products

We do not accept returns on custom items or digital products.

how we refund you

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund if the item is in resellable condition. 

Your money will be refunded by the same method you paid for it. This may take between 5 and 10 business days, depending on your payment method. 

If you haven’t received a refund yet after you got our refund confirmation, please first check your bank account before contacting your credit card company, as it may take some time till your refund is officially posted.  If you are still waiting, we advise you to contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us on the dedicated page, and we will investigate the issue.


You also have the right to cancel and return your order within 30 days.

You can change/cancel your order if your parcel hasn’t been dispatched yet. Address changes and cancellations can be done Monday – Sunday only within 30 days from your purchase. We do not accept refunds for a cancellation request if you fail to notify us within the 30 days window period. You can send us a message via the contact us page to inform us in due time about your wish to cancel/change your order. 

However, if the item has already been shipped or picked up by our courier, you cannot reject it upon delivery. A reshipping postage fee does not apply in case you return the parcel to us, we cover the transportation costs

Please note that in case of cancellation after using PayPal as a payment gateway and if you meet the conditions for a refund, you will be refunded the purchase amount minus any PayPal processing fees.
