We offer free worldwide shipping for a limited time.

International deliveries usually take about 6-14 business days, processing and shipping time included. Some of our products ship within only a few business days (for example, 1-5 business days), depending on your location, as we may have a warehouse nearby. Please refer to the product page for more details about the shipping time of a specific product.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

1.  Processing time 

It includes order verification, tailoring, quality control, and packaging. We send your order to the dispatch line within 24 hours (1 business day) after the order is placed. The processing time can take an additional 1 business day, although it is often done within 24h. We sell high-demand products, so it can take some time to process and ship your order due to the high volume.

2. Shipping time

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to the destination. 

US orders are shipped by e-packet or USPS, which is a US Postal Service product. We also deliver packages via FedEx and UPS.

After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 3 and 11 business days to arrive at their destination. As previously mentioned, fast-shipping products may arrive at your delivery address in less than a week.

Customs

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.

Wingio is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies, and it is not the responsibility of Wingio to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions.

For example, you might expect a customs charge as a percentage of the total cost of the purchase. Wingio is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment are taken care of.
