   The flashlight is compact but powerful! Convenient use of modes! 1 short click: on/off (no need to switch through all modes to turn off the flashlight). 1 long press turns on the low light mode and the brightness will increase as long as you hold down the button (convenient when high brightness is not needed, so as not to disturb sleepers). There is no strobe.

   The flashlight is very pleasant to the touch, compact, and assembled perfectly. In the photo comparison with Convoy S2+ with the same SST40 5000K LED - the side lighting on the Sofirn has a parasitic ugly halo. Fortunately, the optics can be unscrewed and immediately replaced with a diffusing lens, the light became without streaks. The light is warm yellowish a little bit. The short tube from SP40 fits, you can shorten the flashlight with an 18350 battery. Even if you don't bother with the settings - it is excellently controlled right out of the box.

   The Sofirn SC31 Pro flashlight is a great light. Thru the years I've bought 10 or more, starting with the SC31B the predecessor of the Pro model. I've bought many other models of Sofirn and Wurkkos flashlights and keep buying more SC31 Pro lights. I gave most away to family and friends and now Chistmas presents. I also think for the price, you won't find a better flashlight.

   The flashlight is very bright and runs Anduril 2, which means it's got a very flexible firmware. It also charges via USB C. It's a shame I didn't realise the end is not magnetic and you have to purchase the magnet top separately from the same store. I would have preferred if it was an option on the same product page. I purchased the variant with the battery included, and it didn't reach the advertised 3000mAh, as you can see in the attached pics. Minor downside but still excellent value for the money. Shipping was also unusually fast, one week.

   The flashlight is simply super! As soon as I received it, I immediately ordered a second one! It shines in different brightness modes and with a bunch of other settings that I did not need. I use it for inspecting premises before and after repair, there is no light everywhere.. Plus, I often do something myself and used to attach a head-mounted energyizer before, but now I do it like in the photo. The battery holds great! But I ordered another one just in case and as a reserve. The range on turbo is such that you can see the neighboring house as if it were daylight, roughly 250-300 meters, but it starts to heat up strongly right away, and this is normal for its size without heat dissipation, it is better not to keep it on turbo for more than 30 seconds.. The light button is always on, at first I thought it was nonsense, but it turned out to be very practical, and apparently it does not greatly affect the battery discharge. I ordered a magnetic rear cover separately, now it can be fixed on metal objects for convenience.
